Sugar on our body

Our body is like a machine. It needs fuel to work.Without it,the machine would not even turn on.If our body doesn't get enough energy,it would get ill.

But why does sugar help us produce energy?

Sugar is formed by a type of cell called Glucose, which is the solution of a mixture of carbohydrates.

Our body, breaks down these cells to reach Glucose, which is then stored as fats or burned up.To "Burn up" Glucose, means to be used. Our blood moves around all our body.It reaches every single muscle and organ on our body.Red blood cells job,is to keep our muscles and organs well-fed,so that it is able to work correctly. As red blood cells travel around our systems, they carry oxygen and energy (glucose). It is the realesed by them, and used. This is called Respiration. This  process repeats every day.It is constantly happening.Sometimes,we provide our body too much glucose that our body isn't able to burn.In this case,it is stored up as fat. This fat may seem a bit useless, but we need them. When we get ill,our body uses the fat as energy;as our body is fighting and needs extra supplies.

So Fat is good or bad for us?

It isn't good or bad.It depends on the amount we have.Having some fat is good,as I explained before, but having too much of it is also harmfull,as it can lead to serious illneses as obesity.

Good thing about fat

Fat,as I said, are energy stores that our body saves. We gain weight because were not burning all we eat. This is when diets take part.Which diet is the best one to follow?
