This video shows the different types of food.It is very enjoyable.

A lot of diets prohibite fast foods like hamburgers & hotdogs.
The best diet to follow is the Balanced diet.
If you eat vegetables,fruit in great amounts and sugar (all food contains sugar) in smaller amounts,you'll be healthy.
How can I have a balanced diet?
Having a balanced diet is very difficult.Eating the exact amounts of each type of food is completly impossible,so what everyone
which wants to stay healthy does,is to try and eat similar amounts.
What kind of food does this diet prohibits?
Nearly all diets prohibite a type of aliment,but this one doesn't.
This diet is very popular and is recognaized as the "Daily diet" because it doesn't prohibite any
type of food.The only thing this diet does,is to temper the amounts of each type of food our body needs.
So to stay healthy,all I need is to temper the food I eat?
That's just one part of the answer.The other one,is pretty obvious:Doing excersise.If you are a person,which does sport just for fun,your diet is the Balanced one,but If you are a professional player,you probably would have another diet.

This is a food pyramid,which shows the amount of each type of food we should eat.

Advertaisement usually causes confusion.Brands,do it in purpose.It is a marketing technique.
What do you mean with confusion?
I'm sure that most of you think that "Sugar Free" means that it doesn't contain any sugar.Well,that is completly wrong.Sugar free,means they don't add extra sugar.This doen't mean it has no sugar.
We need to be carefull with what we eat/drink.When you drink a smoothie,which generally contains fruit,it s very possibl that your drinking only a 5% of fruit and the other 95% is sugar.They do this to make people think two things:
-They are drinking fruit,which is healthy.
-It tastes very good,and has fruit.I think I'll drink another one.
All food made by a brand,contains a lot of sugar for their product to be tasty.
So what can we do to avoid this?
A way of avoiding this is cooking your food by yourself,but not everyone can afford this.Another posible solution,is being a ware of what we eat and control it.


This video shows us if it is true that all sugar the coke has,when it is heated up,is left on the container.

Energy drinkdsusually contain a lot of sugar.We need to be very carefull with them.
